i feel really sad...i decided to come to uni seeing as i have three hours to kill after finishing work early...i was fine until i opened up my uni email and realised that all the things going on from enrolment and timetables to overseas exchange opportunities and uni parties arent applicable to me anymore...not that i ever went to uni parties or considered going on exchange...but i dunno...it just signifies how over this part of my life is...and how far along im getting in years -_-


but filling this out made me smile...i think thats the best way to pronounce my name =P

argh just got bitten by a mosquito...caught in the act...actually felt a prick too? and i think ive sneezed for like the 10th time in the last couple of hours.

i dunno. everythings come a bit too quickly. ive finshed my last placement as a student nurse. this friday is the last exam il have before i finish my degree. in a week or two's time where im sitting right now will no longer exist. neils finished highschool. the year 2007 is over in 39 days.

im procrastinating...something i havent done for a while coz i havent had to =P it's kinda nice actually...and havent stayed up since starting clinical...the latest time wud be about 1230am but the good thing about afternoon shift is starting at 130pm. it's weird tho, my appetite has increased two fold on being on this shift. and youd think starting 130 and finishing 1000 would be a good pattern to get into but im finding that by 9pm im buggered and once i get home all i want to do is pig out and sleep. bleh...im asking to become obese...il have to keep afternoon shifts to a minimum next year...and all the other ones to come after =/

got into the hospital i wanted as a new grad =D found out on the 24th, saw this big envelope in neils bag and thought 'wonder if thats really for him' when i saw my application reference number on it. then my heart stopped for a second when i picked it up and realised that whatever is inside could make me really upset or really happy...but i figured if they were gonna say no it wouldnt have come in such a big envelope with what seemed to be a lot of paperwork...the words "I am pleased to confirm your employment as a full time registered nurse" made me blank out in disbelief/excitement...not sure if that makes sense...but yeh...im a happy bunny.

2nd last week of my last prac! its come quickly which is a good thing...cant wait to be free from it all but it's been good, realised i really do enjoy nursing even when things arent exactly ideal =] God has made things work out really well. and i just realised nearly every placement ive been on, ive made a friend who offers me lifts. so even little things like transport are covered. =D

it's my second last day at uni

i actually started writing a post seven weeks ago talking about how uni was finishing soon and that i should keep record of how it was so i can look back and reminisce...-_-



anyhow...i dont have much to talk about...i cant really recall anything really interesting in the last seven weeks...it doesnt feel like seven weeks in the first place...but i really felt sad on monday after my last nursing lab/prac...and i have to say that i finally and proudly made it on time for my last 11am monday tutorial! haha...i had never made it on time for that class, even when i tried. oh and i got an interview for a new grad position yesterday =D excited and scared...and sad too...cant believe it's happening! this was supposed to be aaaaaaaages away...

mm...another thing i just remembered was that my galah died (august 28th) but yeh...
lots of things are changing...it's sad but so far it's good. lots to look forward to i guess =)

IM NINETEEN. a teeny bopper. a teenager. my age starts with the number one. im still under the two decade mark. yes, im very young coz my age contains the word 'teen'. 19. nineteen. nine and teen. one and nine.
